There are 97 teachers and another 53 faculty members at the Jhiaxian Academy of Advanced Technology, with a student-teacher ratio of approximately 6:1. Because of how narrowly accepted the school's founding was, and how it remains threatened by political power and supernatural events, any of the benefactors are welcome to visit at any time and scrutinize the goings-on of the school to assuage any doubts.
Head Faculty
The management of the school and curriculum is divided into areas of expertise, most of which are led by teachers who demonstrate their teaching subject by the work they do for school upkeep. Maccadam, for example, is responsible for the meals for the faculty and student body, and the students in his class receive hands-on education by working in the cafeteria with him to prepare that night's fuel. There are also head teachers for the transfer students from Velocitron and Caminus, in charge of negotiating cultural sore points and conflicts. The transfer students from Devisiun, Carcer, and Eukaris don't have head teachers because they are comparatively so few.

There are seven areas of expertise that each class is sorted into:
- Social Studies: leadership, family, philosophy
- Government: diplomacy, justice, current events
- Creative Work: arts and entertainment, literature, design
- Mentoring: health, history, general education
- Sciences: technology, medical mechanics, engineering
- Economics: marketing, infrastructure, merchantry
- Communication: journalism, archiving, language
Every teacher had prior practical experience in the fields they currently teach and were hired for their excellence. Each answers to the director of their division, coordinating teaching material amongst each other so as to not contradict themselves nor the government-dictated standards of education.

Other Faculty
There are more staff and management than just teachers. Maintenance and janitorial workers, support staff, and administrative managers all keep the school and campus running so the students can live and learn comfortably and the teachers can do their jobs well. The Academy's integrated AI, Teletraan, shoulders a lot of the automated monitoring, communication, and recordkeeping load, as well as acting as an accessibility tool for everyone on campus.
